Seitenbacher Natural Sourdough is a ready to go ( liquid ) Sourdough is used to bake bread like it was in former times. Some customers use this Sourdough as a starter for their own sourdough.

To bake a bread you need:
1 1/4 cup               water
1 1/2 teaspoon     salt
1 pocket (75g)      Seitenbacher Sourdough
1 lb  (454g)            flour
1 envelope            Seitenbacher Yeast (10g)
The directions are printed on the packaging.

To bake a good bread like grandmas grandma made it is a challenge; but every one can make it with a little dedication. You don't need a bread machine, an ordinary kitchen oven with bottom and top heat is the best for bread.

Experienced home bakers use Seitenbacher Sourdough only and flour etc. from a store a round the corner.  Unexperienced ones buy the whole kit by Seitenbacher.

Seitenbacher Yeast is an All Natural Yeast for bread baking at home. One bag (10g) is good for a 20 oz loaf.

This yeast is free of any artificial ingredients. Its just natural yeast dried and properly packed until you need it.

Air, water and maybe a little honey makes the yeast alive - you see that its starts to bubble and foam.

Original German Farmer īs Bread Mix makes the perfect all natural bread in bread machines or traditional ovens.
Ingredients: Spelt flour, Natural Sourdough, Dry Yeast, Sea Salt.
